The outdoor heated infinity pool offered amazing views right from the water. I loved the culinary creations by the skilled chefs, particularly the diverse dinner menu with fresh ingredients that delighted my palate. The unique breakfast experience with separate rooms for cheese and breads elevated my mornings to a whole new level.

Had a wonderful stay here during our holiday. Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and fantastic, the location was marvellous and lovely near the lake. The rooms where heated and spotless, had a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath robes. Location: the property was not far from cable cars, snow capped mountains, and great views of the mountains. The service was impeccable, the food was excellant...

Really nice building and well-equipped and tastefully decorated rooms with balcony. Generally terrific service with parking close to the hotel.

Loved the private sauna in our suite! The nearby bar was too noisy, though.

Loved the views from our penthouse suite, but the room was way too hot.

I was disappointed by the lack of thorough cleaning in my room upon arrival. The bathroom wasn't refreshed adequately, with not enough towels provided. The staff seemed inattentive during peak times, often prioritizing certain guests over others.

We just had a canny week away, like! Waking up to those stunning views of Schwarzsee lake was proper lush. The food was amazing, especially the 4-course dinners each night. Only downside was the restaurant chaos during busy times, but overall, it was a grand stay!

We enjoyed six lovely nights in a amazing penthouse suite with a private sauna. Waking up to scenic trails around the lake was pure bliss. Don't miss the delectable dining options. Every meal was a culinary delight! Tip, Adjust your room temperature for ultimate comfort.

As youngsters, we loved the amazing food, talented chef, and spacious rooms with balconies and stunning views. the spa was superb, with clean towels and a heated infinity pool. the location was also perfect, just a 20-minute walk from the center of town.

We felt like royalty and had nothing to complain about.

The hotel itself is warm and comfortable, with plenty of towels and changing areas available. The views from the rooms are stunning, with the surrounding forest, fields, and mountains creating a picturesque backdrop. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs that I had. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the airport shuttle. I was truly impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided at this hotel.
